On target earnings in 12 months is $75,000, in year two $125,000, and in year three $200,000+. Compensation is a base + commission.
We are looking for an experienced outside sales representative that excels, competes, and appreciates accountability and competition. Our proven sales process will have you earning commissions in no time.
Responsibilities- Appointment Setting – Setting up and attending appointments to move your prospects through our proven sales process is a primary responsibility. Get your prospects to refer us and our production team will crush it for you to close the deal.
- Closing – We provide all the leads. You’ll meet with influencers like insurance agents, property managers, plumbers, and adjusters face to face. Your job is to connect with them and build a long-term relationship.
- Maintaining long‑term relationships – You’ll nurture the relationship with prospects, develop them into raving fans, and follow up on all sales activity through telephone, email, and in‑person meetings. As the quantity and quality of these relationships grow, so will your paycheck.
- Keeping track of the details – You'll be responsible for keeping our CRM up to date with details on your customer interactions and activities. This administrative work is important for keeping the leadership team in the loop and helping you be effective and successful in your sales activities.
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience doing route sales in industries such as P&C insurance, mortgage, auto glass sales, printing sales, food sales, corporate hotel sales, pharma sales, commercial pest control sales, or route sales for car dealerships.
- Ability to network, visit prospects' offices, and travel around the state.
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to keeping the CRM up to date.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
