As a Keyholder, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our store, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. Minimum Key Holder Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or keyholder role.

Preferred Keyholder Qualifications:

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.

Keyholder Responsibilities:

• Open and close the store according to established procedures, ensuring security and safety protocols are followed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions.
• Lead and motivate team members by demonstrating effective communication and fostering a positive work environment.
