Pet Care Specialist - Professional Pet Sitter​/Dog Walker

Furry Fellas is hiring for 2 part-time to full-time pet care specialists.

Locations:
Warwick, Cranston, Providence (covering one or more of these towns).

Start part-time with the possibility to gradually increase to full-time, or remain part-time if desired.

Availability required during at least 2 of our 4 time frames:

• Morning 7-10am
• Afternoon 11-3pm
• Evening 4-6pm
• Night 7-9pm

Most consistent jobs occur during the 10am-3:30pm hours.

Pet care, dog walking, pet sitting.

Hourly ($16-$18 depending on experience) + mileage + gratuities OR per visit pay option.

• Experienced pet care professionals.
• Own transportation, smartphone, daily internet access, able to pass background check.
• Experience with dogs of various sizes and energy levels and/or cats and other small animals.
• Reliable transportation, own smartphone, can work well independently, and possesses good communication and customer service skills.

• Visit client homes to care for their companions while owners are at work or on vacation.
• Walk and exercise dogs, allow bathroom breaks, provide love and attention; may also feed, medicate, provide fresh water, clean up after animals, litter box maintenance, etc.
• Leave a note for clients after each visit so they know how the visit went.

• Get paid to exercise & spend your time outdoors with dogs or indoors with cats/other small animals.
• Flexible schedule. You create your schedule; we ask that availability is clearly communicated in advance and updated as soon as you know of any changes.
• Work from your home base / take your dog to work (on applicable assignments).
• Continuing education & certificate programs (2-3 paid certification programs available depending on hours available).
