Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role located in Providence County, RI. The Physical Therapist will provide individualized treatment plans for patients, focusing on rehabilitation, pain relief, mobility improvement, and overall functional outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing patients' needs, collaborating with colleagues for comprehensive care, maintaining accurate documentation, and working to deliver excellent patient care. The role involves a commitment to evidence-based practice and compassionate patient interactions to help achieve the best possible outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Physical Therapy techniques and practices
- Strong knowledge and experience in Rehabilitation and Patient Care
- Understanding of Medicine as it pertains to physical therapy and patient diagnosis
- Experience providing personalized treatment, including Home Care services, as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients and team members
- A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Rhode Island or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Commitment to continuing education and professional growth
