The Senior BCBA plays a clinical and operational role, providing supervision, instruction, and operational support to the Clinical Director.

Responsibilities include:

• Write and submit treatment plans and renewals for insurance authorization periods
• Conduce initial skill assessments (e.g., VB‑MAPP, ABLLS‑R)
• Develop and implement behavior support plans and Functional Behavior Assessments
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Ensure fidelity of treatment programs and data collection
• Attend weekly supervision and team meetings
• Provide parent training and support
• Maintain billing and documentation requirements
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director on additional tasks

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license; LBA/LABA license in required state
• Experience supervising staff (RBTs and BCBA candidates)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with technology (Microsoft Office, Central Reach)
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform required postures while supervising children
• Age 18 or older
• No prior criminal history (essential worker status)
