* Responsibilities* - Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cover essential cosmetology skills and techniques.

- Provide hands-on training and demonstrations to students to enhance their practical skills.

- Assess student performance through evaluations, feedback, and practical examinations.

- Maintain an organized classroom environment that fosters learning and creativity.

- Stay current with industry trends and advancements to ensure curriculum remains relevant.

- Collaborate with fellow instructors to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.

- Mentor students in their professional development and career pathways.
* Requirements* - Valid instructor cosmetology license with teaching credentials preferred.

- Proven experience in the cosmetology field with expertise in multiple areas such as barbering, aesthetic treatments, and nail care is encouraged, but not required.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.

- Previous teaching or training experience is highly desirable, but not required.

- Ability to create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.

- Knowledge of current industry standards and practices.
