Concierge Physician – Brown Health Medical Group Primary Care

Brown Health Medical Group is seeking primary care physicians interested in concierge or personalized care models. This unique opportunity brings a high‑touch, relationship‑based approach to a progressive, team‑oriented organization that values innovation, access, and physician fulfillment. The new service model combines our collaborative culture and team‑based model to deliver exceptional personalized care. This position can be in either East Greenwich or Cranston, RI.

• Smaller patient panel options to support deeper relationships and continuity of care
• Extended appointment times for comprehensive visits and wellness planning
• Very light call by phone
• Optional 24/7 patient access via secure messaging or phone for concierge patients
• Annual executive physicals and personalized health plans
