Position OverviewWe are seeking caring, patient, and enthusiastic Infant and Toddler Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidates are passionate about early childhood development, skilled at building secure attachments, and committed to creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for our youngest learners.
Key Responsibilities- Build warm, trusting, and responsive relationships with infants, toddlers, and their families
- Provide attentive, individualized care that supports children’s routines, comfort, and developmental needs
- Design and implement age‑appropriate experiences that promote exploration, sensory learning, and early communication skills
- Maintain a nurturing, safe, and clean classroom environment that reflects respect for young children
- Observe and document children’s development, interests, and emerging skills
- Partner with families through daily communication and ongoing collaboration
- Work cooperatively with co‑teachers and administrators to uphold program values and best practices
- Follow all licensing regulations and health/safety policies
- Experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 3 years
- Knowledge of child development, responsive caregiving, and developmentally appropriate practice
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to lift, bend, sit on the floor, and actively engage with young children
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
