Key Responsibilities Provide bookkeeping and accounting services to franchise owners Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports Train and support franchise staff in accounting practices and procedures
Required Qualifications Associates degree in Accounting or General Business required;
Bachelor's degree preferred 2-3 years' experience in property management accounting Strong understanding of accounting processes Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook
Experience with property management software like Appfolio or Property ware is a plus
