SALARY: £38,000 per annum + Bonus + Benefits

LOCATION: Cranleigh, Surrey

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday, with 1 Saturday every 10 weeks

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Class 1 or Class 2 LGV Driver to join a well-established and expanding depot based in Cranleigh.

As a Class 1 or Class 2 LGV Driver you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of palletised goods within the local area, maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

• Vehicle Operation: Safely operating Class 1 or Class 2 vehicles in line with road traffic laws
• Local Deliveries: Completing palletised deliveries within the designated local area
• Load Management: Ensuring loads are secure, accurate, and handled correctly
• Customer Interaction: Providing a professional and courteous service at delivery points
• Compliance: Adhering to drivers’ hours, tachograph regulations, and transport legislation
• Vehicle Checks: Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects promptly
• Documentation: Completing delivery paperwork accurately and on time

• A valid LGV Class 1 or Class 2 driving licence
• A current Driver CPC qualification card
• Previous experience driving large goods vehicles
• Good knowledge of road safety procedures and transport law
• A professional, reliable, and proactive approach to work
• Strong time management and organisational skills
