Location: Waverley
Mortgage Advisor (Self-Employed)
OTE £10,000 - £40,000 Year 1 Scope for Growth Cranleigh, Surrey (Hybrid Working Available)
The role:- Provide expert mortgage and protection advice
- Manage cases from enquiry to completion
- Build strong client relationships and generate referrals
- Benefit from ongoing training, lead generation, marketing support, and admin assistance
- CeMAP or CII Certificate in Mortgage Advice (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Based within 60 minutes of Cranleigh
- Generous commission splits of up to 70% on self-generated business
- Financial support for the right candidate
- Flexible hybrid working and modern offices
- Ongoing training, CPD, pathway to CAS, and team support
- Regular team-building events
- Clear route into full financial advice
- Administrative support as your business grows
