Our client, an Ofsted-rated ‘Outstanding’ SEND school supporting autistic children and adults, is offering a rare graduate programme designed to fast-track your career in behaviour analysis and SEN education.

Why This Role is Different

  • A funded Masters in High Incidence & Disabilities
  • Teaching accreditations and specialist SEN qualifications
  • PROACT-SCIPr-UK, Safeguarding, First Aid & Behaviour Management training

All while being paid.

The Role

You’ll work directly with autistic learners, applying behaviour-based teaching techniques in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment alongside behaviour analysts, teachers, speech & language therapists, and occupational therapists.

You will:

  • Deliver 1:1 and small group learning sessions
  • Implement individualised learning plans
  • Use data to track and analyse learner progress
  • Support positive behaviour and reduce barriers to learning
  • Assist with personal care where required
  • Support learners in accessing community activities and employment opportunities
  • Empower learners to make choices and develop independence

Full training is provided — your passion and motivation matter most.

What We’re Looking For

  • Genuine passion for SEN and behaviour-based teaching
  • Enthusiasm to learn and develop professionally
  • Confidence supporting learners 1:1 or in small groups
  • A caring, patient, and proactive approach

Experience with autistic individuals is beneficial but not essential.
