Position: Service Coordinator (Permanent)
Location: Waverley

Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Service Coordinator to join their team based near Farnham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and coordination skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced service environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, customer-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities while supporting engineers, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule service visits, maintenance work, and call-outs efficiently.
Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling enquiries and providing service updates.
Liaise with engineers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain accurate service records, job logs, and documentation.
Monitor service workflows, prioritising urgent requests where required.
Prepare reports, update systems, and ensure data accuracy at all times.
Support the service team with general administration and ad hoc duties.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-up.
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:

Previous experience in a service coordination, scheduling, or administrative role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Confident using Microsoft Office and service management systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
