Responsibilities

Launch & Execute

  • Graduate from PLACE Launch and execute PLACE lead-generation systems weekly
  • Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
  • Convert prospecting and lead-generation efforts into booked appointments
  • Host two open houses per month to build pipeline and visibility

Client Consulting & Negotiation

  • Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify ideal homes
  • Consult with sellers, convert appointments into listings, and market homes
  • Negotiate offers CONFIDENTLY on behalf of buyers and sellers

Train, Practice & Perform

  • Participate in weekly script practice and team activities
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, team trainings, and Partner Calls

Listing Expertise

  • Advise clients on pricing strategies, staging, and listing-related services
Qualifications

Who You Are

  • A self-motivated, competitive sales professional who thrives on results
  • Naturally skilled at building rapport, listening deeply, and delivering solutions
  • Comfortable with prospecting, lead generation, and objection handling
  • A confident communicator with a strong commitment to client service

  • Growth-minded and learning-based, always looking to improve

  • Open to learning and mastering scripts and proven dialogues
  • A true team player who values collaboration and accountability

Required Experience & Credentials

  • Licensed real estate professional
  • 3+ years of real estate sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
