Responsibilities- General liability and premises liability defense
- Tort, negligence, and catastrophic injury claims
- Professional liability and institutional defense matters
- Employment litigation, including discrimination, wage & hour, and wrongful termination
- Construction defect and construction-related disputes
- Insurance coverage and defense matters
- Products liability and complex property damage claims
- Proceedings involving injunctive and equitable relief
- J.D. and active New Jersey bar admission
- 2+ years of experience handling civil litigation defense matters
- Experience in one or more of the following preferred: general or premises liability, insurance defense or coverage, professional or medical malpractice, employment litigation, construction litigation, or representation of institutional clients
