We are actively seeking talented Senior Associates and Associate Attorneys to join our growing practice.

Our commercial and complex litigation practice represents businesses in high-stakes disputes involving sophisticated legal issues, significant financial exposure, and often multiple parties or jurisdictions. Matters frequently require deep factual analysis, strategic motion practice, and the ability to distill complex records into clear, persuasive arguments.

• Commercial and contract disputes
• Complex business litigation
• Shareholder, partnership, and internal corporate disputes
• Directors’ and officers’ liability
• Employment-related business disputes
• Construction litigation, lien enforcement, and arbitration
• Insurance coverage and professional liability disputes
• Franchise and automotive dealership matters
• Restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation
• Tortious interference and other business torts
• Fraud, misrepresentation, and New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act claims
• Requests for injunctive and equitable relief, including TROs and preliminary or permanent injunctions

• J.D. and active New Jersey bar admission
• 2+ years of experience handling commercial, complex civil, or business litigation matters
• Experience in one or more of the above areas, with the ability to manage matters involving complex facts, multiple stakeholders, or expedited timelines

Salary $110,000 - $180,000 per year.
