Job Summary

Culligan Water is seeking an individual experienced in customer relations. The Customer Service Representative works directly with customers to discuss orders, resolve problems, and meet related needs. To be successful, you should be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. This role also involves retail sales, water testing in the lab, inventory management, and other related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and managing customer accounts
• Providing proactive sales support by developing close relationships with customers
• Contacting customers for scheduling additional services or offering maintenance plans
• Retail sales
• Water testing
• Learning all product lines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience
• Strong time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
