Job Summary
Yoga & English Teacher – Grades 10-12 (1.0 FTE temporary)
Location:
Mount Baker Secondary School, Cranbrook, BC.
Contract:
Full‑time temporary (1.0 FTE) from 27 January 2026 to 25 June 2026 or upon completion of the posting process.
- Teach Yoga to secondary grade students for 2 semester blocks.
- Teach English to Grade 11 and Grade 12 (First Peoples 12) for 1 semester block.
- Teach English to Grade 10 students for 1 linear block.
- Work on site only.
- Certification as a Yoga Instructor.
- Degree, formal training, or teaching experience in English at the secondary level.
- BC Teacher Certification preferred.
Annual salary ranges from $63,357 to $111,802, based on length of service and qualifications per the collective agreement.
