A distribution depot serving convenience retailers and forecourts in the region.

What you'll be doing:
Lead the team to ensure that they pick and despatch the required products that can be delivered to our customers and distribution centres in a timely manner, consistently operating efficiently thus ensuring the quality and safety of food goods and compliance with legislative and group standards.

What we're looking for:

Being great with people is essential. In fact, this is the first thing we look for when we recruit a Greencore Colleague You will need to be able to be self-motivated and flexible, be able to use your own initiative and a good communicator at all levels.

Experience of leading a team, and of working within or managing a picking operation would be an advantage.

Sunday Night availability is crucial
FLT License preferred
Full UK driving license is essential
Own transport is a must due to location of the site
