Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Care Home Manager to oversee an established large residential home in Cramlington. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to manage a care home that is central to the local area and heavily involved with the community. The home has received excellent reviews from residents and families.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the residential home.
• Ensure the highest standards of care and service are delivered to residents.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of care staff.
• Maintain and improve relationships within the local community.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Previous experience in home management.
• Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record of managing a successful care home.
