Job Description & How to Apply Below

Our client — a respected and innovative engineering manufacturer — is looking for a highly organised and driven Project Coordinator to play a key role in delivering complex project orders from quotation through to completion.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment and enjoy bringing structure, clarity, and precision to every stage of a project lifecycle, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Responsibilities
  • Reviewing and managing project orders in line with contract and quality procedures
  • Producing and controlling documentation throughout the full project lifecycle
  • Ensuring compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and revision controls
  • Monitoring project progress against agreed milestones and reporting accordingly
  • Coordinating third-party inspections and supporting quality processes
  • Assisting with shipping documentation and export liaison
  • Preparing invoice packages to help secure timely payment
  • Providing technical and commercial support to customers, suppliers, and overseas offices
  • Supporting KPI monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop valuable technical knowledge in engineering products, recognised industry standards, and hazardous area protection methods — building expertise that will strengthen your professional profile.
Requirements
  • Experience from a project coordination, document control, or technical administrative role — ideally within engineering or manufacturing.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident managing documentation in line with contractual and quality standards
  • A clear communicator who can work effectively across departments
  • Calm under pressure and motivated by deadlines
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and committed to doing things right the first time
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential, and experience with ERP systems or technical documentation processes will give you an edge.
Why Join Our Client?
  • Full-time, permanent role (35 hours per week)
  • A 9-day fortnight — enjoy compressed hours and every other Friday off
  • The opportunity to build technical expertise within a respected engineering organisation
  • A culture that values precision, teamwork, and continuous improvement
