As an Account Manager CP&S within Amcor Flexibles EMEA, you will be a key driver of growth and retention across our UK and Ireland accounts. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager for Growth Accounts Central/Northern Europe, you will manage a diverse portfolio spanning Coffee, Petcare, and Specialty segments. You will lead strategic account initiatives, partner closely with Marketing, Commercial Excellence, R&D, and Operations teams, and deliver actionable, long‑term growth plans for your accounts.
This role offers the opportunity to engage with dynamic stakeholders, influence key decision makers, and help shape innovative solutions that drive customer success. You’ll join an experienced, collaborative sales team passionate about building strong relationships and capturing new opportunities in a fast‑moving market.
- Turn customer needs into actionable account strategies.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to implement aligned plans.
- Map key decision makers and influencers for strategic alignment.
- Engage stakeholders to understand needs and position Amcor as a trusted partner.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development to expand into new segments.
- Track account performance and take corrective actions as needed.
- Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to meet account expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable account plans and deliver results.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced, matrix organization.
