As a Chemistry Technical Leader, you will spearhead synthetic, process chemistry, and scale‑up projects for an exciting portfolio of clients, ensuring all work is delivered to agreed timelines. Working within a dynamic, multi‑disciplinary project team, you will be responsible for careful planning, maintaining the highest safety standards, and meticulously documenting and communicating your methods and results.

Candidate Criteria
  • BSc. (or equivalent) in Chemistry or closely related discipline.
  • Extensive experience of development of synthetic processes and transfer to manufacture.
  • Extensive experience in leading technical aspects of development projects.
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively across department boundaries.
  • Postgraduate Qualification (or equivalent) in organic chemistry, chemistry, or closely related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in API process development and knowledge of cGMP processes.
