Senior Customer Assistant at Supermarket Alliance Limited

We’re looking for a motivated Senior Customer Assistant to join our team and help deliver an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the store, lead by example on customer service, and assist colleagues during busy periods. You’ll help maintain high standards across the shop floor, support with stock and merchandising, and step in to handle customer queries with confidence and professionalism.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment. Previous retail or customer service experience is essential, and experience in a senior or keyholder role would be an advantage.
