Job Description

My client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of CRM implementations, enhancements, and integrations across the organisation. This is a key role responsible for ensuring Salesforce initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.

As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial scoping and planning through to execution and deployment. You will manage cross-functional teams including developers, consultants, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and organisational goals. You will take ownership of timelines, budgets, governance, and risk management while ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and data protection standards.

• 3+ years' project management experience delivering Salesforce platform initiatives
• Strong experience managing full project life cycles (scope, budget, delivery, deployment)
• Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform functionality, data structures, and integrations
• Experience with Salesforce Cloud products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies
  
  Experience managing project budgets and resource allocation
• Strong risk management and governance experience
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical delivery plans
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project

Desirable:

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.)
• Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline
