Finance Manager (Part-Time) - Belfast MCS Group are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a well-established Financial Services firm to recruit a Finance Manager on a part-time basis (circa 20 hours per week) to join their growing business in Belfast. The Company:
Our client is a Northern Ireland-based financial services company with multiple entities. The business is entering an exciting transitional phase, with a strong focus on governance, financial control, and sustainable growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take ownership of the finance function within a regulated environment, working closely with senior leadership and playing a key role in strategic decision-making.

The Role:

As the successful Finance Manager (Part-Time), you will report directly to the Managing Director and will be responsible for the following duties:
Oversee all aspects of financial management including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial planning;
Preparation of monthly management accounts & reporting packs;
Ownership for budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial planning processes;
Lead day-to-day finance operations including AP/AR, payroll, general ledger and intercompany cross-charges;
Develop and implement robust financial controls, policies and procedures;
Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insight and support strategic decision-making;

The Person :
The successful Finance Manager (Part-Time) will meet the following criteria:
Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA or Qualified by Experience;
Strong management accounts experience;
Strong commercial acumen;
Strong IT skills.
