True design & build exposure Develop Stage 3 concepts through to Stage 7 delivery, with modular plant rooms and skids built in-house. Youll lead DTMs, coordinate buildability and mentor engineers without spinning 12 plates l-world involvement Monthly site visits to review installations and ensure whats built matches the intent.

Youll need 5+ years in a senior M&E design role, strong technical capability (schematics, calculations, specifications), and the confidence to lead and refine processes.
