** Experience selling solutions rather than products, with a focus on winning forecast opportunities and managing large customer relationships.
** Technical Knowledge:
** Good understanding of Power Quality Solutions, High Voltage (HV) and Medium Voltage (MV) systems, and experience in renewable and power utility markets.
** Strategic and Communication

Skills:

** Strategic thinking, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to influence and work under pressure.
** Customer and Stakeholder Management:
** Proven skills in customer and stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
** Additional

Experience:

** Experience with LCIS, Grid Ancillary services, and leading complex solution-based opportunities.
