Position: Building Services Engineer (4-day week)

Your new role As a Building Services Engineer, you'll play a key part in designing and delivering MEP solutions across diverse projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Producing mechanical and electrical design layouts, calculations, and specifications Using AutoCAD and Revit to prepare detailed technical drawings Working closely with architects, contractors, and clients to achieve project objectives Ensuring designs meet building regulations, industry standards, and sustainability goals Supporting low-energy and low-carbon design strategies Carrying out occasional site inspections and progress reviews What you'll need to succeed A degree in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, or similar engineering discipline Experience in MEP/Building Services design (2 years desirable) Working knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit (training available if needed) Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively A genuine interest in sustainable, energy-efficient design Flexibility to attend site visits when required A full UK driving licence What you'll get in return 4-Day Working Week :
