We are seeking
** two reliable and organised Casual Exam Invigilators
** to support the smooth running of internal and external examinations at our secondary school. Invigilators play an important role in ensuring that exams are conducted in accordance with examination board regulations while providing a calm and supportive environment for students.

This is a casual, flexible role, mainly during exam periods throughout the academic year and hours will vary depending on the exam timetable.

* Key Responsibilities:

- *** Prepare exam rooms by setting up desks, distributing materials, and displaying required notices.
* Supervise students during examinations in accordance with exam regulations.
* Distribute and collect exam papers and other materials.
* Ensure a quiet and orderly environment is maintained throughout the exam.
* Assist students with procedural queries while maintaining exam integrity.
* Record attendance and report any irregularities to the Exams Officer.
* Collect, check, and securely return completed exam scripts.
