Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Estimator to join a well-established construction company based in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-focused professional who enjoys taking ownership of project costings and contributing to successful project delivery.

Working closely with the Operations Director, you will play a key role in preparing competitive tenders, managing project budgets, and supporting a wide range of construction projects across the UK.

• Preparing accurate cost estimates, project budgets, and cost plans
• Managing the tender process and producing competitive quotations
• Conducting risk assessments and value engineering reviews
• Collaborating with commercial and operational teams
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Taking ownership of the cost planning process for project proposals
• Attending site visits when required

• Previous experience working as an Estimator within the UK construction sector
• Experience managing tenders and producing detailed cost estimates
• Background working with a main contractor or cost consultancy
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence

• Salary up to £45,000 per annum
• Monday – Friday working hours (8am – 4:30pm)
