Senior Quantity Surveyor

Through many years of successfully completing groundworks, roads & sewers packages up to £20m for the largest housing developers in the UK. This well-established Civil Engineering Contractor are looking to expand into a new region in 2023 and are actively seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage up to 3 schemes at any given time.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you’ll be overseeing commercial aspects of high volume groundworks projects, you will be required to carry out pre‑site surveys to validate allocated works by the client and preparation and submission of CVR's;

• Experience managing groundworks packages of up to £10m in value.
• Experience managing junior quantity surveyors.
• Groundworks & Civil Engineering Experience.
• Past experience as a Surveyor within Groundworks would be ideal.
