Logistics & Equipment Assistant

THE EMPLOYER IS: HEALTHY KIDZ CICThe Logistics & Equipment Assistant will support the delivery of a busy school and community event programmes. The role focuses on preparing, organising, storing, and transporting event equipment so delivery teams can run events safely and successfully.

• Organise, prepare, and maintain equipment for events such as colour runs, school celebrations, P7 leaver events, and sports days etc.
• Support the organisation and tidying of storage locations, including assisting with equipment moves where required.
• Assist with equipment collection, delivery, and return processes for events.
• Create and manage an inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Use and maintain a sign-in / sign-out system for equipment.
• Support basic equipment checks, cleaning, and maintenance after events.

• Able to manage time and priorities during busy periods.
• Physically able to handle equipment safely.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in logistics, events, facilities, or warehouse-style environments.
• Basic understanding of equipment checks and maintenance.
