As Administrator you will provide support to the Sure Start Project, supporting the coordination of services, accurate record-keeping, and positive engagement with families, staff and partner organisations.
Responsibilities- Act as first point of contact for all project enquiries.
- Telephone duties - receive and relay oral and written messages.
- Responsibility for dealing with incoming and outgoing communication, including mailbox management.
- Copy and disseminate information as required.
- Review and update current filing system - both paper and computerised to enable easy retrieval of materials.
- 5 GCSE’s including Mathematics & English Language at Grade C or above (or equivalent).
- Two years previous experience of working in an office environment.
- Competent in Word & Excel.
- NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) in the field of Business Administration.

37 hours per week. Tenure:
