- Maternity Contract Reed Recruitment is delighted to be working with a highly established and successful organisation with offices based in Newtownards. Our client has a vacancy for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team to cover a period of maternity. This role is offering an immediate start and will be a fixed term contract for a period of 12 months.

The successful applicant will be offered the opportunity to work within a friendly and support Finance Function, and will assist the Finance Director with the following duties:
Matching Invoices/Checking statements Posting supplier invoices to Sage Monthly payment runs Submitting monthly reports to HMRC (CIS & Intrastat) Credit Control Posting Journals Bank Reconciliations Answering phone calls Opening post Raising customer & supplier orders Ad Hoc office duties as required Company Benefits Full-time, 12-month contract offering £30,000 per annum 28 days annual leave including stats Monday
