Post 1 – Hours of Employment: 37 Hours per week Monday-Friday on a rota basis between the hours of 8:00am-6:00pm
Post 2 – Hours of Employment: 20 Hours will be worked Wednesday-Friday on a rota basis between the hours of 8:00am-6:00pm.
We are a busy training practice with a patient population of over 11,500 patients. We are committed to offering high quality patient care whilst providing a friendly, supportive and enjoyable environment to work.
Responsibilities- Act as a Medical Receptionist for a busy general practice.
- Prioritise workload in a fast‑moving environment.
- Provide excellent telephone and face‑to‑face service to patients.
- Experience in a general practice desirable but not essential.
- Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, team player.
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
- Positive approach to dealing with patients under pressure.
- Computer literacy, good keyboard skills and ability to multitask.
