Conveyancing Paralegal

The Role

A well-established legal practice is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to support a busy residential property team. This role would suit an experienced conveyancing support professional or a paralegal looking to continue developing within a structured and client-focused environment.

The position involves providing day-to-day support to fee earners across a range of residential conveyancing transactions, helping to ensure matters progress smoothly and service standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Preparing and drafting legal documentation, including contracts and completion statements
• Carrying out property searches and raising and responding to enquiries
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third-party solicitors
• Managing files, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Providing general administrative and legal support to the conveyancing team

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience within residential conveyancing in a legal support or paralegal capacity
• Familiarity with conveyancing processes and documentation
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communication skills and a professional client-facing approach
• Ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively as part of a team
