Position Summary

Indigo Health seeks an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our highly cohesive and innovative team as a float provider supporting our urgent care clinics. Providers will work at the top of their license, lead and mentor peers, and deliver a ‘wow’ patient experience.

The Opportunity

• Clinics open 7 days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM.
• Schedule created two months in advance with flexibility for weekend and holiday rotations.
• Clinic location may vary; same‑day shift changes may occur.
• Work with patients of all ages, suturing, splinting, minor office procedures, x‑ray interpretation, and autonomous practice.

Requirements

• Washington state license (active/good standing) by start date.
• DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience post‑degree in UC, ED, or FM setting.
