Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Certified & Non-Certified)

Location: Covington, LA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $21-$23/hr (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance duties including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• Respond promptly to maintenance service requests and prioritize work orders
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Assist with turnover repairs and prepare vacant units for new residents
• Collaborate with property management and team members for efficient operations

Qualifications

• Own tools required
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Previous maintenance experience in multifamily housing or similar environment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• HVAC experience or certification is a plus but not required
