This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in Covington, LA. The Sales Associate will engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and guide them through the purchasing process. Daily tasks include demonstrating vehicles, explaining features and benefits, addressing customer inquiries, and building lasting relationships. The role also requires managing paperwork and collaborating with the team to meet and exceed sales goals.

• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Sales acumen, negotiation skills, and a results-driven approach
• Ability to learn and demonstrate knowledge of Toyota products and services
• Organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including CRM tools and MS Office applications
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Prior automotive or retail sales experience is a plus
