Job DetailsSalary range:
Our new Field Sales Representatives earn between $60,300 and $100,000, including salary and uncapped commission opportunities. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on meeting and/or exceeding all sales goals.
You will be the face and voice of AT&T to customers, working independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments. You’ll close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions, keeping customers connected to what matters most.
Location observations include multiple Louisiana locations (e.g., Covington, Slidell, Hammond) with schedules designed to meet customers on their timeline (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).
Responsibilities- Kick off with paid training and ongoing coaching to set you up for success in the field.
- Connect with existing customers daily and engage with warm prospects via scheduled appointments.
- Use strong negotiation and communication skills to close sales and deliver customer value.
- 1+ years of commission-based sales experience required; outside sales experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided for official business use.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening and motor vehicle record.
