Position

DISHWASHER (FULL TIME) at Compass Healthcare, located at LCMC-Lakeview, 95 Judge Tanner Blvd., Covington, LA 70433. Online applications only.

Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.

• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes; wash them by hand or place them in racks or conveyor to dishwashing machine, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays according to assigned procedures, ensuring full cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polish silver using burnishing machine, tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, or hand cloth as per procedures.
• Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures.
• Maintain temperatures and chemical levels per standards.
• Keep dish area orderly in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place in designated containers, steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Help load and unload supplies and product.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Open availability preferred; work Monday‑Friday with possible weekends.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.

$13.00 to $14.00 per hour.
