We’re Hiring:
Experienced Escrow Officer
Best Title & Co. is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-driven professional who can independently manage residential and/or commercial real estate closings from contract to disbursement.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing files from opening through funding and recording
- Preparing settlement statements and closing documents
- Coordinating with lenders, agents, and clients
- Ensuring compliance with state and underwriter guidelines
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years escrow or title closing experience
- Strong knowledge of real estate transactions and timelines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline independently
