We're seeking the right candidate for the position of Admissions Coordinator at St Anthony's Gardens Assisted Living. In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.
What You Bring to the Table- Organize referrals and coordinate with team members to process in an efficient, timely manner
- Listen and communicate with hospital staff, physicians, families, and residents to understand needs
- Data Entry into CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database
