Production Scheduler -
Location: Covington, LA (Onsite)
Salary: $85,000–$90,000 + 5% bonus

We are seeking a Master Production Scheduler to support production planning across two manufacturing facilities. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated production schedules that align customer demand, material availability, capacity, and financial objectives.

• Develop and manage short- and mid-term production schedules across multiple plants
• Convert forecasts and customer demand into executable production plans
• Balance capacity, labor, materials, and maintenance constraints
• Manage finished goods and WIP inventory levels
• Identify bottlenecks, material shortages, and scheduling risks
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Procurement, Sales, Quality, and Finance
• Support S&OP and provide visibility into service, cost, and capacity trade-offs
• Track and report KPIs including schedule adherence, OTIF, inventory turns, and capacity utilization

• 5+ years in production planning or scheduling
• Strong working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
• Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites
• Strong analytical and communication skills
