Front Desk Clerk - Community Center PRN

Overview

Christwood is a premier retirement community located on 117 wooded acres in Covington. The not‑for‑profit Life Plan Community offers independent and assisted living, cognitive memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitative care. • Represent the Community Center in a positive and professional manner to prospective residents, life‑care residents, non‑life‑care members, contractors, suppliers and the surrounding community.
• Interact effectively with a diverse group of residents, members and other customers of the Community Center.
• Learn and apply the operating practices of the Community Center and Christwood.
• Support learning through performance of essential job functions and additional duties as assigned.
• Prepare and present informational presentations for new residents and non‑resident members, including handouts, membership applications and processing.
• Demonstrate proper phone etiquette and basic computer knowledge.

• Must be able to work weeknights and Saturdays.

Random 3 pm to 8 pm Monday to Friday and Saturday split shifts: 7:30 am‑1 pm or 12:30 pm‑6 pm, alternating Saturday and Sunday. Weekends off. This is a 5‑15 hour per week PRN position.
