We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join a well‑established, largely fee‑for‑service private dental practice in Covington, LA. This thriving practice has built a strong reputation in the community by prioritizing high‑quality dentistry, ethical patient care, and a supportive clinical environment.

This opportunity is ideal for a dentist who values clinical autonomy and the ability to practice comprehensive dentistry without the constraints of heavy insurance‑driven care. The practice allows providers to focus on treatment quality and patient relationships rather than volume‑based production pressures.

An active and well‑executed marketing program is in place to consistently attract new patients, ensuring a steady and growing patient base. The practice maintains a high patient volume, allowing the incoming associate to quickly build a productive schedule.

The position includes a guaranteed first‑year salary to provide financial stability during the transition period. Due to the strong patient demand and efficient systems already in place, most associates exceed the guaranteed compensation within their first few months. This role offers significant earning potential along with long‑term stability in an established and expanding practice.

• First‑year employment guarantee of $200K or the greater of 30% of adjusted production. You will be awarded on whichever is greater.
