Position: Part Time (30 Hours) Associate Banker, Flower Estates Branch, Covington, LA

Associate Banker – Branch – Represent our brand and culture with the utmost hospitality, using the latest banking solutions and cutting‑edge financial technology combined with friendly and attentive service. Your role significantly contributes to the branch's success by delivering exceptional client experiences.

Job Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service, greeting clients as they enter the branch, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling/canceling client meetings.
  • Exceed client expectations while assisting with day‑to‑day transactions, opening new accounts, and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Educate clients on how technology self‑service options such as the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs can help them with banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions – introducing them to our team of experts to help achieve financial goals.
  • Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • Client‑first mindset – deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
  • Trusted relationships – demonstrate genuine care and concern during interactions with clients.
  • Client engagement – communicate clearly and politely to understand and help, anticipating client needs.
  • Issue resolution – quick and effective resolution of client issues with attention to detail, providing a consistent client experience.
  • Elevate client experience – collaborate as a team to deliver seamless service with care and sincerity.
  • Product knowledge – quick and accurate learning of products, services, and procedures.
  • Client service experience (or comparable).
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
  • Cash handling experience.
Federal Deposit Insurance Act

This position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. As such, an employment offer for this position is contingent on JPMorgan Ch. ’s review of criminal conviction history, including pre‑trial diversions or program entries.
