• Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and provide expert advice regarding vehicle service needs.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments while ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers.
• Provide accurate time and cost estimates for service and repairs.
• Collaborate with technicians and service team to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Review vehicle repair orders and ensure completion to the highest standards.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and services performed.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to all dealership policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record, with no DUIs or reckless driving tickets in the past three years.

• Strong organizational abilities and a customer-first mindset.
• Previous experience in an automotive service advisor or related role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and services.
