Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Covington, KY. The ideal candidate will have basic maintenance knowledge with experience in hospitality-related maintenance tasks. This role requires a hands‑on individual who is willing to assist with a variety of maintenance duties including painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. Additionally, the candidate should be willing to work snow removal shifts as needed.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in hospitality-related facilities.

Carry out basic painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.

Identify and efficiently resolve technical issues.

Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe and functional environment.

Be willing to work snow removal shifts when necessary.

• Basic maintenance knowledge with some experience in painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.
• Previous experience in hospitality-related maintenance is preferred.
• Ability and willingness to work snow removal shifts when required.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials as needed.

This position is based in Covington, KY (41011) and involves working both indoors and outdoors, including exposure to various weather conditions during snow removal shifts.
